To consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results in Compliance with Regulation 29 & 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015, for the quarter ended 30th June 2020.2. To decide the date of Book Closure for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company.3. To decide date, venue and time of Annual General Meeting of the Company.4. Appointment of Mr. Abhishek Haralalka (DIN. 08836412), as the Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Director) of the Company, who shall hold the office of directorship in the Company up to the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting.5. Continuation of Directorship of Mr. Madhu Kant Sharma (DIN.01836989) as the Independent Director, in terms of Regulation 17 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 on attaining the age 75 years during his tenure, subject to shareholders approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.6. Any other Business matter, with the permission of the Chair.Further, pursuant to Code of Conduct, as per Regulation 9 of Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window of the Company shall stand closed for all the Directors/ Officers/ Designated Employees of the Company from 20th August, 2020 i.e. 7 days prior to the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2020 and shall remain closed upto 01st September, 2020 i.e. 48 hours after the said results are become generally available.This is for your information and record. |
