Further, we submit that the Company will avail the relaxation granted by Securities and Exchange Board of India vide its circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/106 for submission of Financial Results for the quarter / half year / financial year ending March 31, 2020 due to the continuing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.The Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company for the above purpose has been already closed from March 24, 2020 as communicated earlier vide our letter dated March 23, 2020 and shall continue to remain closed in terms of Company s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading by the designated persons as defined under the Code pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the aforesaid financial results are declared to the Stock Exchanges. | |
