As the "Appointed Date" in the Scheme is April 01, 2006, the Annual Accounts of the Company for financial year 2006-07 could not be taken up for approval of the Board, pending the receipt of the Certified Copy of the said Order of Hon'ble High Court of Delhi. The Company had informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors is proposed to be held on October 29, 2007 for approval of Un-audited results for the quarter ended September 2007. The Company has now further informed that as the Certified Copy of the said Order is available with the Company, therefore the management has taken a decision to take up the item of approval of Annual Accounts for the financial year 2006-2007 and consideration of dividend, if any for the financial year 2006-07 in the ensuing Board Meeting proposed to be held on October 29, 2007.
