(2) Scheme of Arrangement between Abhijeet Infrastructure Limited as a Transferor Company and this Company as a Transferee Company for Demerger of Sponge Iron and Power Plants of the Transferor Company near Raipur and Merger of the same with the Transferee Company with effect from the appointed date April 01, 2008.(3) Scheme of Arrangement between Corporate Ispat Alloys Limited as a Transferor Company and this Company as a Transferee Company for Demerger of Sponge Iron and Power Plants of the Transferor Company near Raipur and Merger of the same with the Transferee Company with effect from the appointed date April 01, 2008. The proposed Merger and Demerger as above are expected to give to the Transferee Company the benefits of synergy of operations and the economies of scale. | - |
