As per the SHA and SPA the Strategic Partner, Panatone Finvest Limited is required to facilitate the demerger of the Surplus Land. Accordingly, VSNL has received a draft scheme of demerger from the Strategic Partner. The same has been examined legally and is being included in the agenda for the Board Meeting of VSNL scheduled to be held on April 11, 2005. | - |
