Delhi High Court impleads JK Paper as defendant in the legal dispute over Prithviraj Road bungalow

JK Paper Ltd is now a defendant in a Delhi High Court case. The dispute concerns a bungalow on Prithviraj Road. Punit Beriwala claims he made an advance payment for the property in 2004. JK Paper acquired the bungalow in December 2021 for Rs 250 crore. Beriwala's counsel informed JK Paper about his client's claim.
