Advent gets CCI nod to pick up 14.3% stake in Aditya Birla Housing Finance
The Competition Commission of India has approved Advent International's proposal to acquire a 14.3% stake in Aditya Birla Housing Finance. This move involves a significant capital infusion into the housing finance subsidiary.
