But a new consultation paper by TRAI on Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) communication suggests the next frontier could be India's highways. The proposal envisions vehicles, roads, traffic systems and cloud platforms communicating in real time through Cellular V2X technology built on existing 4G and 5G networks.
