Sunteck Realty Q4 profit rises 27% to Rs 64 crore
Sunteck Realty Ltd on Tuesday reported a 27 per cent increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 63.75 crore in the March quarter of the last fiscal year.

Shares of Sunteck Realty are trading 10.1% higher on Wednesday at ₹375.5. The stock still trades below its 52-week high of ₹478. The stock has gained 36% so far in the month of April, making it the best month that the stock has had in six years. Back in August 2020, the stock had gained 41%.
Sunteck Realty Q4 sales surge, profit up—but margins slip
The real‐estate developer's revenue for the quarter surged 64.6% YoY to ₹339 crore from ₹206 crore, while EBITDA increased 40.58% to ₹97 crore versus ₹69 crore a year ago.
