High Court says no to 'coercive action' against IndiGo
The Delhi High Court has stopped the GST department from taking action against IndiGo's parent company. This is regarding a ₹458 crore GST demand on compensation received from foreign suppliers. The court noted the amount received was compensation, not a taxable supply. The company's counsel assured solvency. The case will be heard again in August.
