Paras Healthcare Ltd, which operates hospitals under the 'Paras Health' brand, has filed preliminary papers with capital markets regulator Sebi to raise up to Rs 1,800 crore through an initial public offering (IPO). The proposed IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to Rs 500 crore and an Offer-For-Sale (OFS) of equity shares worth up to Rs 1,300 crore by the selling shareholder, according to the draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) filed on Thursday. Those selling shares include promoter Dharminder Kumar Nagar and other investors. INR regains momentum with all eyes on RBI monetary policy
The Indian rupee is regaining some momentum in opening trades on Friday as the global crude oil prices eased and market participants keenly awaited the RBI's MPC decision today.
