The company has recommended a dividend of ₹8 per equity share of face value ₹2 for FY2025-26, translating into a 400% payout. Shares of DLF Ltd ended at ₹577.75, up by ₹8.70, or 1.53%, on the BSE today, May 13.

DLF reported Q4 FY26 revenue of ₹2,172 crore, an 8% growth sequentially but down 42% YoY. Net profit before JV profits declined 7% sequentially to ₹720 crore, while consolidated PAT rose to ₹1,265 crore, up 5% sequentially but down 2.3% YoY.
