Correction in NBFCs, IT and realty offers entry as earnings stay steady: Anupam Tiwari
Anupam Tiwari, Head of Equity at Groww Mutual Fund, expects a strong current quarter with limited impact from oil shocks so far, but flags risks from the next quarter onward. He remains positive on premium consumption, NBFCs, manufacturing exports and capex, while adding IT and premium real estate after corrections. He believes market fears may be overstated, with much of the downside already priced in.
Too early to see shift from equities to FDs: Federal Bank CEO KVS Manian
Speaking to CNBC-TV18 on the sidelines of the 21st India Business Leader Awards, KVS Manian, MD and CEO of Federal Bank, said it is too early to see investors moving money from equities back to fixed deposits. A Balasubramanian, MD and CEO of Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC, added that mutual fund investors continue to see healthy three- and five-year returns, helping keep inflows steady despite recent market volatility.

SBI Mutual Fund Gets SEBI Nod for ₹13,000 Crore IPO | India's Largest AMC to List
SBI Mutual Fund, India's largest asset management company, has received SEBI's approval for its much-awaited IPO, which is expected to be worth around ₹13,000 crore. The public issue will be entirely an Offer for Sale (OFS), with no fresh equity issuance, as existing shareholders SBI and Amundi India Holding pare their stakes. The IPO is expected to hit the market next month and will mark the listing of one of the country's most dominant mutual fund players. With average assets under management of nearly ₹12.5 lakh crore as of December 2025, SBI Mutual Fund is a key player in India's growing investment ecosystem. The listing will place it alongside other listed AMCs such as HDFC AMC, Nippon Life India AMC, ICICI Prudential AMC, UTI AMC and Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC.
