Biggest Nifty gainers M&M, Grasim Industries, Trent, UltraTech Cement, Bajaj Finance, while losers are Bharat Electronics, Wipro, Max Healthcare, Sun Pharma, Coal India. On the sectoral front, auto, bank, FMCG up 0.5-1%, while media, oil & gas, pharma, realty, capital goods down 0.5-2%. Nifty Midcap index is trading flat, while smallcap index down 0.5%.
Creador exits Ivalue Infosolutions; promoter offloads 1.88% stake in Indo Tech Transformers
360 ONE Pipe Fund has acquired 19.23 lakh shares (3.52 percent stake) in Ivalue Infosolutions, the Bengaluru-based technology services and solutions aggregator for Rs 50 crore at Rs 260 per share.

Biggest Nifty losers were L&T, Interglobe Aviation, Adani Ports, Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles, Adani Enterprises, while gainers included Bharat Electronics, Sun Pharma, ONGC, Dr Reddy's Labs and Hindalco. Except metals, all other sectoral indices ended lower with Auto, Consumer Durables, Oil & Gas down 2 percent each. The Nifty midcap and smallcap indices fell 1.5 percent each.
