SBI Mutual Fund Gets SEBI Nod for ₹13,000 Crore IPO | India's Largest AMC to List
SBI Mutual Fund, India's largest asset management company, has received SEBI's approval for its much-awaited IPO, which is expected to be worth around ₹13,000 crore. The public issue will be entirely an Offer for Sale (OFS), with no fresh equity issuance, as existing shareholders SBI and Amundi India Holding pare their stakes. The IPO is expected to hit the market next month and will mark the listing of one of the country's most dominant mutual fund players.
