Brigade Group, Bain Capital JV to develop 2 million project in Bengaluru
Brigade Group and Bain Capital are partnering for a major development in Bengaluru. This 50:50 joint venture will create a 2 million square feet mixed-use project. The investment is approximately Rs 2200 crore. The project will feature Grade A office space and a five-star hotel. It is located on ITPL Main Road, Whitefield, near the metro station.

Brigade Enterprises, Bain Capital form 50:50 JV for ₹2,200-cr premium Bengaluru project
The project in Whitefield, Bengaluru, will be developed on an 11-acre land parcel with a total investment of ₹2,200 crore. Shares of Brigade Enterprises Limited ended at ₹800, down by ₹2.65, or 0.33%, on the BSE today, April 29.
