Homebuyer can seek compensation for delayed delivery after taking possession: SC

Homebuyers can pursue compensation for delayed flat delivery even after taking possession, the Supreme Court ruled. The court emphasized that a claim for delayed possession arises before delivery and subsequent acceptance doesn't negate the right to seek adjudication. The case was sent back for a decision on merits.
