SBI Mutual Fund Gets SEBI Nod for ₹13,000 Crore IPO | India's Largest AMC to List

SBI Mutual Fund, India's largest asset management company, has received SEBI's approval for its much-awaited IPO, which is expected to be worth around ₹13,000 crore. The public issue will be entirely an Offer for Sale (OFS), with no fresh equity issuance, as existing shareholders SBI and Amundi India Holding pare their stakes.
