Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: Maruti Suzuki, Adani Ports, Bajaj Auto, HUL, Tata Consumer were among major gainers on the Nifty, while losers were Kotak Mahindra Bank, Dr Reddy's Labs, ONGC, Eternal and Adani Enterprises. All the sectoral indices are trading in the green with auto, FMCG, realty, power, telecom up 1% each. Nifty Midcap and Smallcap indices up 0.7% each.

Indian equities erased all the intraday losses with Nifty back above 23,500. TCS, Infosys, HCL Tech, Tech Mahindra, Trent are among top gainers on the Nifty, while losers are NTPC, Power Grid Corp, Cipla, Dr Reddy's Labs and L&T. Among sectors IT index up 4%, while auto, metal, Consumer Durables, realty up 0.5% each. However, pharma, healthcare, power, media, energy down 0.5-1%. Closing Bell: Nifty crosses 24,200, Sensex surges 1,264 pts on renewed hopes of US-Iran peace talks
Interglobe Aviation, Max Healthcare, Power Grid Corp, Wipro, Eternal were among biggest gainers on the Nifty, while losers were Dr Reddy's Laboratories, Bharti Airtel, ICICI Bank. All the sectoral indices ended in the green with Capital Goods, Oil & Gas, Power, Infra, Media, Realty, Consumer Durables, IT rise 2% each. Nifty Midcap and Smallcap indices up more than 2 percent each.

Indian equities traded on a subdued note on Thursday afternoon, with benchmark indices hovering around the flatline after early volatility. At 2:20 pm, the Sensex was up 11.40 points at 74,357.57, while the Nifty gained 11.30 points to 23,416.90. Market breadth remained positive, with 2,076 stocks advancing against 1,689 declines. Consumer durables, auto and energy stocks supported the market, while weakness in information technology and metal shares capped gains.
