Closing Bell: Sensex crashes 1,123 pts, Nifty below 24,500 as US-Iran tensions intensify
Except IT, all other sectoral indices ended in the red, with Infra, PSU Bank, Realty, Media, Oil & gas, Auto, Metal down 2-4%. Nifty Midcap and smallcap indices down 2% each. Tata Steel, Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles, SBI Life Insurance, L&T, JSW Steel were among major losers on the Nifty, while gainers included Coal India, Bharti Airtel, Infosys, Tech Mahindra.

Closing Bell: Sensex, Nifty end flat amid volatility; pharma, oil & gas gain, media falls
Bharat Electronics, Adani Ports, Sun Pharma, Bharti Airtel, Maruti Suzuki were among major gainers on the Sensex, while losers were Power Grid Corporation, Trent, Bajaj Finserv, HDFC Bank and Eternal. Among sectors, auto, pharma, oil & gas, PSU Bank telecom, metal added 0.4-1%, while media index shed 0.7%. Nifty Midcap index rose 0.6%, while smallcap index ended flat.

Closing Bell: Nifty crosses 24,200, Sensex surges 1,264 pts on renewed hopes of US-Iran peace talks
Interglobe Aviation, Max Healthcare, Power Grid Corp, Wipro, Eternal were among biggest gainers on the Nifty, while losers were Dr Reddy's Laboratories, Bharti Airtel, ICICI Bank. All the sectoral indices ended in the green with Capital Goods, Oil & Gas, Power, Infra, Media, Realty, Consumer Durables, IT rise 2% each. Nifty Midcap and Smallcap indices up more than 2 percent each.

Six of India's top-10 firms add Rs 1 lakh crore in mcap; Airtel, Bajaj Finance shine
Reliance Industries remained the country's most valued firm, followed by HDFC Bank, Bharti Airtel, ICICI Bank, SBI, TCS, Bajaj Finance, Larsen & Toubro, LIC and Hindustan Unilever.
