Aditya Birla Real Estate will redeem ₹250 crore worth of 8.05% non-convertible debentures early by exercising a call option, with May 4 set as the redemption date. Shares of Aditya Birla Real Estate Ltd ended lower on Thursday, April 9, by 2.07% at ₹1,289.40 on the NSE.
