He is deploying fresh flows into autos, financials, pharma, consumer durables, power transmission and select defence. He favours PSU banks over private lenders on valuations and sees AI driving demand for critical minerals, metals and energy. IT remains underweight while India could attract inflows as stability returns.

Portfolio stays domestic-focused: overweight telecom, NBFCs, industrials, cement, utilities, ports and logistics; underweight oil & gas and banks, zero FMCG. Watching IT names like Infosys and TCS, mid-cap tech (Persistent, Coforge, Mastek), defence HAL, quick commerce Zomato and Swiggy, and capital goods L&T, JSW Energy.

India’s markets rebounded from early losses, ending the session on a positive note. Broad-based buying supported gains, led by major industrial, energy, and consumer stocks. Public sector banks, auto, and FMCG sectors outperformed, while IT and select media stocks faced selling pressure. Market sentiment remained firm despite volatility.

Market hits one-month high on easing crude prices, DII support
Sectorally, Nifty Pharma index added 2 percent, Nifty Realty index rose 1.7 percent, Nifty Private Bank and Nifty Auto indices added 1.5 percent each. On the other hand, Nifty Metal index was the worst hit, down 4.4 percent, Nifty Consumer Durables down 2.4 percent, Nifty Capital Market and Energy indices shed 2.2 percent each.
