IndiaMART Q4 results: Profit plunges 72%, margins contract; ₹60 dividend announced
Q4 revenue from operations grew 13.9% YoY to ₹404.3 crore from 355.1 crore a year ago, while EBITDA rose marginally by 1.7%. The board recommended a final dividend of ₹30 per share along with a special dividend of ₹30, taking the total payout to ₹60.
