Vedanta readies $5.2 billion refinancing after rating upgrades
Anil Agarwal's UK-based Vedanta Resources is preparing to refinance $5.2 billion of dollar-denominated bonds and loans as it seeks to lower borrowing costs following recent credit-rating upgrades.
